About Micro-Seminars: Micro-Seminars are open to incoming first-year students during Welcome Week. The purpose of the micro-seminars is to introduce students to new subject matter in a field of interest to both them and the participating faculty member and to promote discussions between students and faculty in an informal, small-group setting before the official start of classes. Micro-Seminars are limited to twenty students. They are not graded and do not carry course credit. For more information about Micro-Seminars please visit: https://undergrad.usc.edu/first-year/micro-seminars/
This program is open to all eligible individuals. USC operates all of its programs and activities consistent with the university’s Notice of Non-Discrimination. Eligibility is not determined based on race, sex, ethnicity, sexual orientation or any other prohibited factor.
