The 2nd annual USC First-Generation Summit will take place over two days and will bring undergraduate and graduate first-generation college students together at USC.
Topics will include advising and mentoring for first-generation college students; high impact practices, intersectionality of identities; graduate school and much more. Meals will be provided on both days!
Keynote speakers include: Dr. George Sanchez, award-winning scholar of Chicano history and immigration, Los Angeles County Supervisor Hilda L. Solis and Jirayut “New” Latthivongskorn, 27, an aspiring physician, immigrant rights and health justice activist, and co-founder of Pre-Health Dreamers.
