First Generation Plus Success Center

The First Generation Plus Success Center at USC (FG+SC) serves as a resource hub for current first-generation, transfer, undocumented, and former foster youth students as they navigate campus. We encourage and empower the USC community to embrace and celebrate the multiplicity of identities the first-generation college student population holds. Our mission is to cultivate a sense of belonging and a culture of holistic well-being through intentional mentorship, supportive services, and leadership opportunities. Our vision is to provide visibility to this community of students and to offer them engagement opportunities focused on student involvement and success. This program is open to all eligible individuals. FG+SC operates all of its programs and activities consistent with the University’s Notice of Non-Discrimination. Eligibility is not determined based on race, sex, ethnicity, sexual orientation, or any other prohibited factor.
