“What Comes Next” Post-Election Conversation

A Post-Election Open Conversation

The Office of Religious Life, Division of Student Affairs, Diversity Steering Committee, and Office of the Provost invite students experiencing anxiety over the election or questions about its implications to come to a number of conversation spaces today.

At 5:30 the USC Jesse M. Unruh Institute of Politics, in conjunction with the Office of the Provost, will be co-hosting a “What Comes Next” discussion; in Room 350/351/352 of RTCC (Franklin Room), speakers to be announced.

 

RELATED EVENTS FOR THE USC COMMUNITY (November 9, 2016)

  • From 10 a.m. - 12 p.m. The Cultural Centers (Asian Pacific American Student Services; Center for Black Cultural and Student Affairs; El Centro Chicano; LGBT Resource Center) will host conversations with students who stop by the Lavender Lounge in STU 202B.
  • From 1 p.m. - 6 p.m. Room 302 RTCC will be available for open discussions. Counselors, student affairs staff, and Residential Faculty will be in attendance to facilitate conversations. We would like to invite faculty to listen and share with students who stop by.
  • The United University Church and USC Hillel will both be open all day for students and will have opportunities for reflection, prayer, and community, as well as plenty of food for students.
