Presenter:

Neil Barsky

Description:

The US has the highest incarceration rate in the world, and its criminal justice system is irretrievably broken. About the Speaker:

Neil Barsky is the founder and chairman of the Marshall Project. He has been a newspaper reporter (The Wall Street Journal, New York Daily News), equity research analyst (Morgan Stanley), hedge fund manager (Midtown Capital, Alson Capital) and documentary film director (“Koch”). Barsky is the chairman of the Columbia Journalism Review board of advisers and sits on the board of trustees of Oberlin College.
