Her book manuscript “Strategic Delegates in War: The Political Use of Mediators and Their Impact on Peace” examines how leaders can reduce their uncertainty and risk by delegating to third parties who use secrecy and agenda setting.
She was a fellow at Harvard University’s Weatherhead Center for International Affairs and Department of Government from 2011-2013. She received her Ph.D. from the University of Rochester in 2013, and B.A. from Boston University in 2002.
