About the Speaker

Dr. Maritza Salazar is an Assistant Professor at the University of California, Irvine Paul Merage School of Business and an award-winning researcher on knowledge and culturally diverse teams, collaboration processes and outcomes. Dr. Salazar earned her PhD in Management from New York University’s Stern School of Business and has her MSW from the University of Southern California.

Proudly presented by the Department of Community, Organization and Business Innovation (COBI) in collaboration with The Office of Community and Global Outreach, the Diversity Committee and the PhD Program.
