This session will focus on developing a strategy to communicate a compelling “value proposition”, and how to make it resonate with each type of audience: potential partners, investors, and customers. Your value proposition comprises an understanding of your vision/mission, customer behavior, product or service differentiation, validation, team, revenue model, and marketing. You'll learn how to “put your best foot forward” including tools for developing a communications strategy, a compelling “story,” and a positioning statement, the heart of your value proposition.
